Terms and Conditions 4bbet — Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform 4bbet, available at 4bbet.best, and all associated services, including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other features offered. The platform operator is the company responsible for 4bbet, identified in the legal documents available upon request to support.

By clicking "Sign Up", making your first deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• Has read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Agrees to be bound by all clauses set out herein;
• Confirms having full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Brazilian law;

Each user may hold only a single account on 4bbet. Creating multiple accounts to bypass bonus rules, limits, or exclusions is considered a serious violation and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, with no refund of bonus-originated balances.

After registration, the user receives login credentials (email and password) for personal use only — they are non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on your account.

The general rules applicable to all 4bbet bonuses are:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the rollover requirement must be met before the bonus can be converted into real balance;
• The rollover applies exclusively to the bonus amount received, not to the amount deposited by the user;
• The balance deposited by the user may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of rollover status;
• Sports Betting bets with minimum odds of 1.40 per selection contribute 100% toward the rollover;
• Bets on slots and crash games contribute 100% toward the rollover;
• Bets on Live Casino blackjack and roulette tables contribute 10% to 20% toward the rollover;
• Cancelled, voided, or "draw" bets do not count toward the rollover;
• 4bbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reverse any associated winnings if abuse is identified — such as creating multiple accounts or using hedging strategies to guarantee an outcome regardless of the result;
• Promotions are not stackable unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

Bets placed on the platform 4bbet follow these general principles:

• A bet confirmed and accepted by the platform is considered final and cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific market;
• The 4bbet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market, adjust odds prior to confirmation, and decline bets that present a disproportionate operational risk;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds (e.g., 100.00 on a single bet), the platform reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the user's balance;
• Events canceled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time will have bets voided and stakes returned;
• 4bbet covers the main Brazilian competitions — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Copa Libertadores — with priority markets and live betting available from the start of each match;
• Live (in-play) betting odds may be temporarily suspended during goals, cards, and other critical moments. Bets placed after a goal that has not yet been processed by the platform may be voided;
• Partial or full cash out is available on selected markets and can be taken before the event ends at the real-time value offered by the platform.

The casino games available on the 4bbet — including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and crash games — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors. Result integrity is ensured by auditable algorithms.

If any prohibited conduct is identified, it may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and permanent account closure. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through live chat or email support. Before closure, any open bets will be settled according to their outcomes and the remaining balance will be returned via Pix, provided the KYC process is complete.

The 4bbet may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Detection of fraud or well-founded suspicion of unlawful activity;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 months (the account enters a dormant state after 90 days without access);
• Court order or requirement from a competent regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 4bbet will forfeit any bonus-derived balances and may hold balances linked to suspicious bets while the investigation is ongoing. Any balance derived from legitimate deposits will be returned once the review is complete, unless a court order instructs otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a dispute between the user and the 4bbet that cannot be resolved amicably through support, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the courts of São Paulo, SP, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

The relationship between the user and 4bbet is governed, where applicable, by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
